The “I Do” Photography is a boutique family owned company for wedding photography and videography in Los Angeles headed by a brother (Alex) and sister (Lydia) duo with a wonderful team of wedding photographers and videographers. We have over a hundred weddings and dozens of other events under our belt and we are adding to that list every week. Although we specialize in Wedding Photography and Wedding Videography in Los Angeles, we also get many requests for quinceanera photography, anniversary photography, bar- and bat-mitzvah photography, birthday party photography and other event photography, which we gladly accommodate. We also have a unique custom-made photo booth at your service. Locally we service Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties and as travel is one of our great personal passions, we love doing destination weddings.
Our Wedding Photography and Videography Style
We shoot in the Illustrative Style of Wedding Photography, which is a mix of photojournalism and traditional or classical approach. Whether the picture is a candid shot or one of those we help create by gently directing the couple, our firm belief that that every picture has to make the viewer feel something with both photography and videography. For our editing style we love bright colors and lots of light with an occasional vintage and black and white wedding photo.
Los Angeles Photography Location Ideas
Being a wedding photographer in Los Angeles area is pure bliss. Not only is the weather amazing all year round, the locations for engagement sessions, love story shoots and family portraits are some of the best the world has to offer. As wedding photographers who shoot numerous beach weddings and beach engagement sessions some of our favorites beaches are Santa Monica, Venice, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, Palos Verdes, Point Dume and El Matador Beach in Malibu. Another gem for those that love architecture and urban style engagement photography is Downtown Los Angeles with it’s numerous skyscrapers and such venues as Disney Concert Hall. One more of our favorites for engagement session photography is Griffith Park and Griffith observatory. Griffith Park is also great for family photo sessions. A few other engagement sessions locations in Los Angeles worth mentioning are The Urban Lights Installation near LACMA, Pasadena City Hall, Arboretum of Los Angeles County as well as a few of our personal secret rooftops. Something to keep in mind that each of those locations would looks completely different under different lighting conditions from morning light to amazing sunset shoots to photography at nighttime.
